Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for the two things you can buy from Solitud: monthly workspace hosting subscriptions and one-time Token Wallet top-ups. Please read it alongside our Terms.

Merchant of Record

Payments for Solitud are collected and processed by our Merchant of Record (MoR), acting as the reseller of our products. The MoR handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable sales tax / VAT / GST, and processes any refund back to your original payment method. Approved refunds are issued through the same MoR and payment method used for the original purchase.

Workspace hosting subscriptions

Workspace hosting is a recurring monthly subscription, billed per workspace. You can cancel at any time from inside the app; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a monthly period once it has started.

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a renewal immediately after a cancellation that should have applied — contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a refund through the Merchant of Record.

Token Wallet top-ups

Token Wallet top-ups are one-time purchases that add usable balance to your account and fund the AI's work across your workspaces. Because a top-up is usable immediately, once tokens from a top-up have been spent that consumed amount is non-refundable.

If you have an unused or substantially unused balance and believe a refund is warranted (for example, a top-up made by mistake), contact us promptly. Where we approve a refund, it is issued through the Merchant of Record for the unused portion, and the corresponding balance is removed from your wallet at the same time. Refunding a purchase may also end access to any workspace or resource that the refunded balance was keeping active.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed by the Merchant of Record and typically appear on your statement within your bank or card provider's normal processing time.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the general terms above.
